Lily rolled her eyes and laid down on the grass, a gentle breeze making her brilliant red locks float gracefully around her face. “Whatever, McDonald. He likes you, and you like him. Don’t deny it. And stop fake laughing. I doesn’t fool me.”
Mary lay down on the grass beside her, and looked up into the clouds. She was unsure what to say. She feelt no need in deniying the fact she liked Sirius, as it was now perfectly obvious. Yet she could not see that Sirius liking her. But she decided not to mention this to Lilly.
